What to include so it helps the first time
- The page address
- Just copy it from the browser bar. There are nearly eighty pages here, and “it does not work on your site” narrows it down very little.
- What you expected and what happened
- Two sentences. This is the most useful thing you can write: often the fault is not that something broke, but that the page promised the wrong thing.
- Which language
- Ukrainian and English are separate files, and one of the two can break on its own.
- A screenshot
- If you have one. Not required, but it saves a round trip.
What I cannot help with
- Medical, legal and financial questions. A chart does not answer those, and neither do I.
- “What is going to happen to me.” A reading says what is in the chart, not what will happen. That is not modesty — it is what astrology actually is.
- An emergency. If you are in danger right now, an email to me is the slowest possible route. Please contact a local support service.
About your data
If you want to know what is stored about you, or to have it deleted, write to the same address — or read the privacy page first: it says what is stored, and that is often the answer already.
